Lately, Essex based brand Never Fully Dressed has been dropping some amazing looks on my newsfeed. Seriously, they know how to draw a girl in. So I just had to take a look through their latest arrivals and share a few of my favourites with you. And yes, my jaw literally dropped when I saw that powder blue asymmetric gown.

Beauty Wishlist

As regular readers will know, I am no beauty expert, nor do I pretend to be. My beauty routine involves the same handful of products I have been using since my teen years. In fact, only a couple of months ago did I upgrade my foundation from Dream Matte Mousse (it's cool, I use No.7 now, thanks to the guidance of my good friend Daisy). However, lately I have been overcome by the urge to experiment with my cosmetic choices, so I thought I'd put together a little wishlist in the hope that my bank balance will soon catch up...

suedette strappy dress, £49   button detail mini skirt, £35   floral point dress, £65   long pu skirt, £79

Olive has been on my radar for a few years now, ever since they popped up as a suggestion on my newsfeed. I love the minimalist feel of the brand, as well as it's evident vintage inspiration. Currently they have one store in Cheltenham, which I hope to be visiting soon when I visit my sister in nearby Gloucester. The Olive website is beautifully designed and every product is photographed to look much more premium than it's price tag would suggest. Check out Olive's Facebook page to see more gorgeous looks. I can't wait to introduce some of these pieces into my wardrobe.

Lavish Alice Summer Wishlist

Regular readers will know that I LOVE Lavish Alice. I bought one of their dresses to wear for my 22nd birthday (unfortunately I was slightly too inebriated to take any decent photos, but I do eagerly await another opportunity to wear it!), so I know from experience that their products are fantastically well-made and so flattering. Always on-trend yet with that unique LA flair, I'm definitely a loyal fan of the brand. Check out my favourite summer pieces, available to shop now.

Homewares Wishlist

Zoe Overdressed Homewares Wishlist
desk chair - argos, magnetic list pad - paperchase, wall shelf - tiger, clock - la redoute, cushions - h&m, lamp - wilko

I am 22 years old and I live with my mum. And by the looks of things, that's probably going to be the case for a while. So one of my favourite things to do is to update my bedroom. I'm a bit of a hoarder, so I love coming up with fun ways to organise my space. As I've grown, my room has grown with me.
These are my new favourites pieces in my ongoing struggle for interior acceptance.

& Other Stories Wishlist

one   two   three   four
five   six   seven   eight

I just love browsing the & Other Stories website. Mainly because of their beautiful and diverse pieces, but also because of the way they photograph their products. These images alone make the items look high-end. But the brand's focus is on creating items that will last for seasons to come, so the slightly-higher-than-high-street prices can be forgiven. These are truly wonder pieces to be cherished.

Lavish Alice A/W14

one   two   three   four   five   six   seven   eight   nine

I know I posted about Lavish Alice not long ago, but their new collection is so amazing that I just had to share it! In a palette of soft autumnal shades, LA re-imagine some of their most popular silhouettes, as well as introducing a fab jewellery line by Bill Skinner. I'll definitely be snapping up the navy clutch, and perhaps the cream midi for my 21st in a few weeks...

New Season Coats

1. topshop   2. topshop   3. river island   4. warehouse   5. boohoo   6. h&m   7. river island
Alas, Summer. We had a ball, but the time has come to bid farewell and look towards the colder months.

Last year, I must have bought about 6 new coats. I loved and wore them all, but it cost me a lot of money, and seeing my mother raise her eyebrows at me every time I came home with another huge carrier bag taught me that, this year, I have to be savvier. So I've scoured the high street for my favourites. From dusters to boyfriend styles, fur collars, sleeveless and even maxi coats, there's a lot of choice out there this year. Don't worry, I won't be buying them all...

Summer Scents

One of the perks of working in a department store is that I am exposed to products that I wouldn't usually be. Fragrances are one example. My signature scent is Vintage by Kate Moss, bought entirely for the name at the age of 14. However, since then, the fragrance has been discontinued. I managed to get a bottle online, which should last me a good few months, but now comes the task of finding a replacement.

A lot of time spent in the fragrance department, and a penchant for pretty bottles and musky, floral scents have led me to these five fragrances. I don't know much about fragrances, so I'll let The Perfume Shop do the talking.

1. Vivienne Westwood's 'Boudoir'
The Perfume Shop says: 'This feminine scent possesses a blend of classic oriental and floral scents.'

2. Dolce and Gabbana's 'Dolce'
TPS says: 'A gentle, feminine mix of white flowers, defined by the White Amaryllis.'

3. Elie Saab's 'Le Parfum'
TPS says: 'The top note opens with a sun-kissed, radiant orange blossom, as an ode to light.'

4. Viktor & Rolf's 'Flowerbomb'
TPS says: 'Bursting with floral accords which explodes with freshness.'

5. Giorgio Armani's 'Si'
TPS says: 'an irresistible combination of strength and a timeless classic.'

Get the Look - Emma Watson in Valentino

skirt - asos, top - h&m, jacket - warehouse, shoes - carvela

Emma Watson stepped out at the Valentino couture show wearing the brand head to toe. She opted for a black lace maxi skirt and matching crop top, finished with a leather biker jacket and red courts. Get the look with a bandeau and this lace skirt by ASOS (which is now only £12), and finish it off with your trusty leather and a pop of colour. Also, her cool clutch is by designer brand M2 Malletier.

& Other Stories

Since visiting the & Other Stories store on Regent Street last week, I have developed a small obsession with the brand. With ateliers in Stockholm and Paris, & Other Stories have created an urban yet minimalistic vibe that really translates to its customers. The price point sits at the top end of the high street, but I went ahead and picked out my favourites from their new collections.

1. lip colour in pink dark   2. a line midi skirt  3. rounded leather clutch   4. short sleeved shirt dress
5. semi transparent ring   6. shortsleeved fold blouse   7. vika gazinskaya dress   8. suede and gold high heels

Wishlist - Blurred Lily Print by Warehouse

I love dark florals. This print by Warehouse is so pretty, yet kind of spooky at the same time. Call it girly grunge, if such a thing exists. I really want that sweatshirt in my life, and the shift dress for when the weather warms up!

The return of the slip dress

one, two, three, four, five, six

Doesn't seem logical, does it? Why, when we are expecting snow any day now, has this silky, strappy, summer offering popped up again from seemingly nowhere? Okay, maybe it had something to do with Marc Jacobs nightwear inspired designs for Louis Vuitton. But that topless model with only her arm to save her dignity is enough to prove that Marc did not have winter dressing in mind. Slip dresses have been a big deal for a while now, with Zara highlighting their extensive offering in their latest campaign.

Consider layering options before investing. You will need a trusty collection of scarves, jumpers and jackets to pull off this trend, unless you're willing to wait until summer.

Wishlist - Scenic Landscape Collection by Oasis

I just adore the mysterious wintery landscape on these pieces. They form a capsule collection designed by Louise Leighton, a graduate from the Manchester School of Art whose love of the outdoors inspired the designs. My favourites are the dress and sweatshirt.
