Summer Scents

One of the perks of working in a department store is that I am exposed to products that I wouldn't usually be. Fragrances are one example. My signature scent is Vintage by Kate Moss, bought entirely for the name at the age of 14. However, since then, the fragrance has been discontinued. I managed to get a bottle online, which should last me a good few months, but now comes the task of finding a replacement.

A lot of time spent in the fragrance department, and a penchant for pretty bottles and musky, floral scents have led me to these five fragrances. I don't know much about fragrances, so I'll let The Perfume Shop do the talking.

1. Vivienne Westwood's 'Boudoir'
The Perfume Shop says: 'This feminine scent possesses a blend of classic oriental and floral scents.'

2. Dolce and Gabbana's 'Dolce'
TPS says: 'A gentle, feminine mix of white flowers, defined by the White Amaryllis.'

3. Elie Saab's 'Le Parfum'
TPS says: 'The top note opens with a sun-kissed, radiant orange blossom, as an ode to light.'

4. Viktor & Rolf's 'Flowerbomb'
TPS says: 'Bursting with floral accords which explodes with freshness.'

5. Giorgio Armani's 'Si'
TPS says: 'an irresistible combination of strength and a timeless classic.'
