Yesterday, David and Victoria Beckham donated 500 items of designer clothing to a British Red Cross charity shop in central London, to raise money for survivors of Typhoon Haiyan. Organisers hoped that the sale would raise £500,000. David's suits were sold for £125, jeans for £50, baseball caps for £25, heels for £100 and scarves for £25. Also on offer was VB's beige parachute dress from the Venice Film Festival, and a lime Cavalli jacket embellished with gold buttons.
