Christmas at the Rose house

Merry Christmas everyone! I've had a fantastic day at home with my family. It's been a difficult year for us, so the opportunity to get together and forget all our troubles has been greatly appreciated.

Charlie was very happy with his gift from my aunt's dog, Fry.

And my sister was very happy with her Body Shop gift set!

New slippers, new clothes, Jenny Packham make-up, some beautiful jewellery and a few classic novels. These people know me well!

Mum's table decoration was really gorgeous, and so was her Christmas dinner! This year we had turkey and beef with all the trimmings. Perfect!

And our beautiful home made raspberry pavlova for desert. Very festive!

After dinner, Charlie lay down for a nap, whilst we put on our new slippers and curled up in front of the TV.
