Music and Lace

Last night we ventured to the Gate Inn to catch the Tom Walker Trio's new and improved jam night. Considering it was the first night at a new venue (or old, as the guys played here originally before moving to the Boot), the turnout was really good, which made for an amazing atmosphere and a very enthusiastic crowd.

I'm always more than happy to sing with the guys, and last night was no exception. We did All Along the Watchtower, Feeling Good and Ain't No Sunshine. Lots of musicians turned up to play, so our sets had to be short, but even so, it was a lot of fun!

I found this incredible skirt in a charity shop whilst I was in Stoke. It's originally Principles, and I just love the colours and the soft watercolour design. As I was paying, my mom came across the lace crop top, which was just perfect! I finished the look with my open-toed wedges and my gorgeous city bag.
